Additional Driver: An additional driver can be assigned for a vehicle. Additional drivers are the person or persons who will use the vehicle other than the renter. It is stated that this service is required for persons not specified in the car rental agreement and that a maximum of 5 additional drivers can be assigned for each vehicle. Additional drivers are subject to a fee.
Young Driver Service: Drivers who do not meet the age and license-year requirements for car rental may purchase the "Young Driver" service package to obtain additional service so that these requirements can be met.
Age and License-Year Requirements: The required age and license-year requirements for car rental vary depending on specific vehicle groups. Both the renter and the additional driver must meet these requirements. In addition, the driver's license must include a Turkish ID number (T.C. identity number), and rentals cannot be made with combined driver's licenses issued with new ID cards.
Required Documents: Driver's license, ID card, passport for foreign guests, tax certificate and signature circular for corporate rentals

The conditions regarding rental duration and possible delays are as follows:
Rental Duration Terms:
Daily Rental: Vehicles can be rented on a daily basis for a minimum of 24 hours.
Monthly Rental: Vehicles can be rented on a monthly basis for a minimum of 30 days.
Fees Applied in Case of Delay:
Delay of 2 Hours or More: If the delay exceeds 2 hours, an additional 1/3 of the vehicle rental fee valid for that day is charged.
Delay of 3 Hours or More: If the delay is 3 hours or more, 2/3 of the valid vehicle rental fee is charged.
Delay of 4 Hours or More: If the delay is 4 hours or more, an additional 1-day rental fee is added and charged to your credit card.
Pick-up and Return Times:
Return at Branch Closing Time: If the vehicle pick-up or return coincides with the branch closing time, you must return the vehicle at that time.
These rules are applied to prevent delays in the car rental process and to ensure a certain order. It is important to remember that delays may cause additional fees.
Return to Branch and One-Way Fee:If you wish to return your vehicle to a different branch than the one where you rented it, a "One-Way" fee will apply. This fee will be valid even within the same city when you return the vehicle to a different branch than the pick-up branch.
Traffic Fines:All traffic fines arising from non-compliance with traffic rules, including bridge and toll road incorrect booth usage, are entirely the renter's responsibility. The service fees related to the payment of these fines will be charged to the credit card of the renter whose name appears in the agreement. Renters who do not have a card registered in the system may pay the fee in cash/bank transfer.
Pick-up from Address and Delivery to Address:The pick-up from address and delivery to address service may vary depending on the availability of our branches. For detailed information, you must directly contact the branch where you plan to rent.
Payment Terms and Security:The rental fee and additional service fees are collected in advance at the start of the rental from a single credit card belonging to the renter. Any fee differences that occur at the end of the rental will also be charged to or refunded to your credit card. Credit cards belonging to additional drivers or other persons are not accepted. The renter must be personally present at the branch for the rental transaction. Cash/bank transfer is accepted for renters who do not have a credit card.
Security Deposit:In addition to the rental fee, a deposit amount determined according to the vehicle group is collected from the renter's credit card at the start of the rental. The security deposit ranges between 3,000 TL and 6,000 TL. If your vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was received, the security deposit is fully refunded within a maximum of 7 days.
Security:All transactions made via www.atlasrentacar.com.tr are protected by an SSL security certificate to ensure the security of your transactions.
Reservations with “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” Options:
For reservations made with the “Pay Now” and “Pay Later” options, changes such as vehicle group, reservation date, adding or removing extra products can be made, except for branch changes. However, some changes may cause price differences. If a branch change is requested, the existing reservation must be canceled and a new reservation must be made. The prices in your new reservation will not be the same as those in the previous reservation.
Early Return:If the vehicle is returned before the reservation date after the rental has started, the fee is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle will be used. If a lower amount than the charged fee is calculated, the difference is refunded. However, if a higher fee than the charged amount is calculated, no additional payment is collected.
Rental Extension:If the vehicle is requested to be rented for a longer period after the rental has started, the system calculates the new price and creates an additional charge. This additional charge is collected from the credit card declared at the start of the rental.
No-Show Policy:If you do not pick up the vehicle at the stated pick-up time during the reservation, the reservation will switch to No-show status within 2 hours and we cannot guarantee your reservation for any vehicle group. Reservations in No-show status will be canceled after 4 hours.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:Reservations can be canceled up to 1 hour before the reservation time, and in this case no fee is charged. If the reservation is canceled outside the specified conditions, only 1 day's vehicle rental fee is charged.
Mileage Limit and Extra Mileage Fee: If the daily mileage limit exceeds the monthly mileage limit, regardless of the rental period and contract day, the total mileage used cannot exceed the monthly mileage limit of the relevant vehicle group. However, if extra mileage is needed, extra mileage packages can be purchased from the Extra Services page. At the time of return, any extra mileage used will be calculated and invoiced based on current mileage overage prices.

Payment Terms:
Rental fees are collected only from the renter’s personal credit card. Rentals cannot be made with cards belonging to other persons. Cash/bank transfer payment is possible.
What to Do in Case of Damage:In the event of any damage, in order for the insurance to be valid, you must report it to the emergency assistance line and, before moving your vehicle from the accident location, you must inform the Traffic Police or Traffic Gendarmerie teams and obtain a "Police Report" and an "Alcohol Report". Accidents without an accident report are not covered under the damage protection. In material-damage traffic accidents, the parties may prepare a Material Damage Accident Report by mutual agreement.
In Case of Vehicle Theft:In the event of vehicle theft, the police must be called and a "Theft Determination Report" must be obtained. Together with this report, the vehicle key must be delivered to us.
Emergency Assistance Service:For any accident, breakdown, tire puncture or other emergencies, you can call the 0850 222 5 478 Emergency Assistance line, which provides service 24/7 throughout Türkiye.
No International Travel:Our insurances are not valid outside the borders of Türkiye, and it is forbidden to take our vehicles outside Türkiye. Please make sure you check your delivery form and agreement.
Vehicle Group and Model Guarantee:Your reservation is confirmed only on a vehicle group basis, and no specific brand or model guarantee is provided.
Renter’s Responsibility During the Rental:The renter accepts that the vehicle is in good condition and undamaged at the time of delivery. All mechanical and electrical damages caused by misuse or negligence (for example, incorrect gear shifting, continuing to drive while a warning light is on, hitting the underside of the vehicle, damaging tires and rims, fuel-related malfunctions) are excluded from comprehensive insurance and protections and are accepted to be paid by the renter.
Winter Tires:Winter tires are offered as an optional additional service and are subject to a fee. Since availability may vary depending on the region and branch, it is important to contact your branch for stock information before renting.
Road Transport Regulation:N1 and N1G class pickup trucks/vans can be rented only for non-commercial transportation. Additional documents may be requested before renting. You can contact your branch for details.
