By Atlas Car Filo Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the “Company” or “Atlas Rent a Car”), acting as the data controller, and based primarily on the principle of protecting the privacy of private life; our visitors’ personal data will be recorded, classified, stored, updated, and processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and within the processing conditions set forth in the Law, and will be transferred to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the legislation.

This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the relevant legislation in force and, primarily, the Law, as well as the rules set out in the regulations, communiqués, decisions, and guidelines published by the Board. In the event that, after the publication date of the Visitor Information Notice by the Company, there is an amendment to the Law or other relevant legislation and the Visitor Information Notice becomes incompatible with such amendment, the amended provisions and rules shall apply. All communiqués, decisions, and guidelines published by the Board are followed by our Company, and the rules envisaged by the Visitor Information Notice are kept up to date.

3. PURPOSES, COLLECTION METHODS, AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Atlas Rent a Car may record, store, update, transfer to third parties, classify, and process your personal data listed below in accordance with and to the extent permitted by the conditions set out under the heading “conditions for processing personal data” in Article 5 of the Law. Our Company clearly sets out the purposes of processing personal data and processes personal data for purposes related to these activities in line with its business operations.
Your Personal Data collected through the channels and methods stated in this Information Notice are processed by the Company for the purposes below:

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data of data subjects are shared, limited to the purposes of conducting internal audit activities, with the shareholders/partners of the Company; limited to the documents and purposes requested by relevant public institutions and organizations, with authorized public institutions and organizations; and necessary portions of your personal data are shared with companies providing information technology services.
5. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW
As personal data subjects, you may submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set forth in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy and the data subject application procedure disclosed to the public at https://www.atlasrentacar.com.tr/iletisim (based on the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller) by completing the Data Subject Application Form published on the same website, or by a written application or by using registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address previously notified by the relevant person to Atlas Rent a Car and registered in Atlas Rent a Car’s system, in a manner that enables your identity to be verified. Atlas Rent a Car will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by Atlas Rent A Car. Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:

●      Learn whether personal data are processed,

●      If personal data have been processed, request information regarding this,

●      Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

●      Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

●      Request correction of personal data if they are incomplete or inaccurately processed, and within this scope, request that the transaction carried out be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,

●      Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even though they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and within this scope, request that the transaction carried out be notified to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,

●      Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

●      Request compensation for damages in case of harm arising due to the unlawful processing of personal data

They have these rights. Atlas Car Filo Turizm Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ensures that, in the event of any amendment to the applicable legislation and any inconsistency between such amendment and this Visitor Information Notice on the Protection of Personal Data, the provisions of the legislation shall prevail.
